Hello, I am getting an error code 36 when trying to install photoshop off the CS5 mater collection. I found something on utube to avoid getting the error code, however it is to only to copy the file to another folder, not to avoid it during installation. Here is the video I found:

Getting rid of Error-36 in Mac OSX - YouTube

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

That video is not the same issue even though it may have the same error code.

I'd suggest you hit the adobe forums. Should be easier to find someone familiar with PS install errors there.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
