Problem with dimentions using preview

Im currently using a designjet 500 ps printer which can print up to 42 inch. In preview, i print straight to the printer. Only thing is the dimensions are always off. It is supposed to be 58 x 81cm but is coming out 58x75cm. If anyone has a solution to this it would be amazing. Kind Regards Joel |
