Creating a 360 QTVR Movie

Does anyone know how to create a 360 degree panorama movie with quicktime pro??? Its called a QTVR Movie but I really need to create one.

I use a kaiden 360 lens witha canon 20d and 50mm macro lens and photowarp 2.5 software this produces very good 360 degree images. Its also possible to use a normal digital camera with a piece of software called sticher this will allow you to create a QTVR.

Also, check out http://www.vrtoolbox.com/
We used these products when I worked at newimagemedia.com They are all fairly simple to use.
