Extraction text from an image.

I have about 30 images that are basically screen shots of tables with text in them. I know I could simply just re-type the text into text edit or something similar, but does anyone know of a program that can extract text from an images and place it into a text editor for you?
An example of an image i'm talking about is below...

Worth a try - I'd never used it myself.

Next best bet is going to be trying to print it out and scan it (if you have a scanner) and your favorite OCR software that actually gives you editable text. It'd probably be just as fast to re-type that page though unless you're going to have a bunch of this type stuff ongoing.

I used to have a scanner back in the day (not any more) that could do it, with OS X 10.2 which gave me the idea, i'm more just being lazy than anything and putting off a dull task!

Got a few to do, around 20-30 of them, going out to see Dylan Moran first, (great irish comedian) also starred in "Run Fat Boy Run" film. Seen him live before he really is funny. So i'll get typing after that

If you have Acrobat.. you can load the image in that, then use the recognize text tool. Then save as text. You'll get output as such.
