Creating a Manual

i need to create a manual for a speed and agility company....the manual will have pictures of exercises and descriptions of the exercises so people can follow along and perform them...

i have looked at some software but wanna know if i can create this manual on my Mac Book Pro with current software...

can someone help me?

Mac Specs: 2008 15" MBP ML, 2012 21.5" iMac ML

MYmacROX is offline
I would use Office For Mac.

16GB iPhone 5, 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad 1st Gen.

Oh gawd no. Office for Mac?? That's like telling someone to use a typewriter to make a colouring book.

AthletesArena: you need proper desktop publishing / graphic layout software, depending on the complexity of your project. Pages (part of iWork) can probably handle it and export to PDF if this is primarily meant to be an online project, but if this is going to be a regular thing I'd suggest investing in Adobe's CS publishing suite.
