Hi, does anyone know why I can't open jpeg files on my macbook?

I recieved them in an email and they will NOT open.

Any more info? Error messages? Are you trying to open them from Mail (or another client), web browser or from your machine?

Received as attachments or embedded. Which email client - Mail.app or something else? Where were they sent from?

definitely we solve are problem.mostly that happens due to format change.
