MacBook custom cursor?

Hi i would like to know if there is a way to get a custom cursor for a MacBook?Thanks

Depends on what OS version you're running. If you're running OS X 10.3, 10.4 or 10.5 you can try using MightyMouse. Just know that it does not run on the latest OS, and will never be updated (the developers no longer support it).
