Indesign CS3 (can't open a doc by clicking the icon on snow leopard)

I just install Snow Leopard and now I can't open an Indesign document just by clicking the icons. The software open but with no document open in it... Have a solution?

** problem solve. The new snow leopard don't accept signe like (#) in the name of a document because it have a unix base code**

i have heard multiple rumours about CS3 breaking upon upgrade to snow leopard i myself put it off for these reasons, i believe CS4 runs fine.
