Creating a Digital Booklet

I work for a copy that sends out a 85 page personalized binder to all new clients. We want to save costs by creating and distributing these booklets digitally (on a usb, via email, etc.). The problem, we are a small company with no IT or in house graphics people and I have NO idea where to look for a program that will work for us. Does anyone have any ideas?

You could send out a HTML e-shot to people's inbox.

Look at campaignmonitor.com

Produce the code using dreamweaver

Are you looking for a software to create the file?
What do you currently have?
Pages?
You could save as a PDF.

Do you have a website?

In your welcome Email (for example) you could place a link to the PDF download.
