A couple of my applications are missing from Finder and my dock. How do I find them?

Open a Finder window and browse to the Applications folder. They should be there. If not, use Spotlight (Command + Space) and type the Application name. If it doesn't show up in Spotlight, chances are you removed it.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

And when you find the Applications in the Applications Folder as cwa107 advised, drag a copy of the icon to the Dock. That places an alias in the Dock which is really only a short cut. The fact they are missing from the Dock is of no consequence.
