Hi,

I don't own a mac but trying to help a friend who has a mac laptop. He bought a card reader for his cameras memory card. How does he access the memory card on the laptop to get the photos? Thanks.

Open the Finder, it's all the way on the left in the dock.
In the left section of the window you can see the drives, and devices, also the removable devices.
Just double click on the SD card or whatever name it's designated.
