Saving photos to DVD.....

Hi there!

I attempted to save all my photos (I think there is 12gb!) to DVD. To be honest, they're all over the place and are not in very good order, but that's another story!

Anyway, I burned some of them and after checking the disc, I got a message to the effect of not being able to read it because the original could not be found.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong here?

Many thanks,

skybolt has a spectacular aura about
Mac Specs: White MB, Core Duo, 2g RAM, 32 gig iTouch
What method did you use to burn them? Did you use the burn button in iPhoto? Or did you drag them to the DVD? Where did you drag them from? Tell us more precisely what you did and we will try to help.

Hi Mary, thank you very much for your reply.

Sorry I haven't been more specific - I should have realised!

I tried to burn via Toast. I simply picked the 'Mac/PC' option and 'added' the pics to there and pressed burn.

Hope this clarifies things!
