I have a picture in my "pictures" folder in my Finder that I'd like to move to iPhoto. But I can't "click and drag". How do I move it?

Open iPhoto and choose Import to Library from the File menu. Then you can navigate to the folder and select the image you want. Hope this helps! Happy Halloween.
