Hi...

I'm wondering do you have some clue how can I edit my images , is there some provider or website for free?

I've found one, extremely cheap, but they actually more in albums, greeting cards and posters.

I need photo recovery services...

Thanks for answering..anyway

Sure:

https://www.photoshop.com/express/landing.html

And of course, if you don't want to do it online, there are a ton of great editors that are free, including The Gimp, Seashore, Paintbrush, among others.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
