Hi, help needed. My hard drive died and I have lost Aperture 2 which I downloaded and paid for last year. Can I do this without having to pay again - and if so how do I do it? I have the same problem with other Apple apps. Many thanks

Did you write down and keep a copy of the serial number?

Or maybe keep the e-mail they sent with the number on the server?

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.

Hi Bobtomay. No, I'm an idiot and I didn't write it down. Nor can I find an email address at which I can contact Apple.
QUOTE Thanks
