I need to convert art work from CMYK to 2 color, C and K.
How do I make sure that there is absolutely no M or Y. It's not always the best solution to turn all into grayscale first.
Can you see all channels in Illustrator like in Photoshop?

In illustrator you just need to color up everything using only black and cyan
