Help: iPhoto "not found"

When I tried to update my iPhoto, I got an alert: "An eligible iPhoto application was not found in the location /Applications." I see the icon in the applications folder, but it will not open. Running iMac 10.5.6.

Put in your install disc again for iLife and do a custom install of iPhoto
Check your images folder, the library should still be there and you wont lose anything, but you will have to update it still .

Mac is like a car, keep clean and up to date and it will give you many hours of good driving
