I have backed up my photo album onto an 30gb ipod in full resolution, incase my HD failed which it did, GRRRR. Anyhow I am unaware of how to get these photos off the ipod and either put them onto my desktop or straight into my iphoto library. I have enabled disk use from within itunes but have not gotten any further. Could somebody give me a how-to walk-thru? I would be very greateful. Do I need third party software such as Senuti? Patiently awaiting advice.

I thought the iPhoto application was launched just before iTunes when connected, or is that just my iPhone?
