I have a Archos 605 (ARCHOS) and use iTunes 8 as a ID3 tag editor. The Archos uses ID3 tag browsing (it reads the files and then organizes them by artist, album, title, year etc). My problem is for some reason it reads stuff different from my mac. For example: iTunes reads AC/DC as one artist while the Archos shows AC/DC and AC_DC as two separate artists. The folder name (I just copy the iTunes music folder to the Archos) is AC_DC but the ID3 tag is different. Is it this? Or something else?
P.S: This happens with various Artists, not only AC/DC, I just used this as a example.
