Caution symbol in Camera Raw

hey there,

ever since we upgraded to CS3, i get this symbol whenever i open an image in Camera Raw. Not worried about it, just curious what it means. thanks.

That you can flag the photo

or


It's an invalid, excessively large file, or it is corrupt.

i thought that too (or maybe something is out of gamut or whatever), but the symbol goes away after just a few seconds. the files are just raw nikon files, not really all that big, 20-30mb a piece.
