    I've tried some online tools, but they failed miserably; any ideas?

    it looks like a handwriting font, i have no clue which one but that might help in your search.

    Ah, it looks like it's JoeHand 2 or DearJoe 2 or 4 (actually it looks like a customized version of one of them rather than one of those specific ones), just if anyone else was wondering.

    Levi I think you are right it looks like DearJoe 4, but some of the characters don't match exactly.
