no they dont come with one but there are several options that you can use. i personally like pixen

I liked SeaShore. It's based off GIMP and is similar to MS Paint.

Just kidding. Yours does look better though. Give them both a shot then I guess, and tell us which you end up using. Me and punk have a rivaliry going now

Hahaha! It's on! The cool thing about SeaShore is that it's simple like MS Paint, but still allows you to use layers.
