Question about pics on disc....?

Ok one of my friends has a CD with some of her wedding photos on it that is from a while back....since then the photographer has moved and she can not get in touch with him.....she is wanting some prints of some of the photos and can not get them off of the disc does anyone know of a way to get them could anyone help?......
