How to capture an image from video?
How's it going? I am new to Macs. I need to capture an image off of a digital video file. It is a .mov file. Also on the computer being used we have pretty much all Adobe programs and Final Cut Studio. Can anyone give me a heads up on how this can be done. Thanks

If you have quicktime pro, you can export>Movie to picture.

I know in After Effects you can go to composition>save frame as.
