If you can play it in iMovie or have QuickTime Pro, you can Export the movie using the "Movie to Image Sequence" and use the options tab to set the frame rate and file type.
The free GIFfun can take individual frames and make an animated GIF. I'm not sure what image types it is limited to, but you can figure that out quick enough on your own. |
