I was wondering if there was a product like this for the iphone where the display would show the song currently playing and also double up as a caller id. This would be the perfect solution to have a remote and caller ID handy so I don't have to take the phone out of my holster to see who's calling. Let me know what we got! ]]> iPhone Hardware and Accessories sransari http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176844 http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176634&goto=newpost Wed, 18 Nov 2009 01:13:20 GMT Alright, so. i just updated to 3.0.1 since i wasnt able to install any applications onto my iphone, by then, i had completely forgotten that my iphone was jailbroken and unlocked, so after the update, it doesnt allow me to log in, it only says "Sim not supported" or something like that and on the slider it says Slide for emergency in several languages. i've set it onto DFU mode and had it automaticlly restore itself since on itunes, when its plugged in and on DFU mode instead of showing the summary window it only shows a blank window that says "The sim card inserted in this iphone does not appear to be supported" and some info about the carrier etc.

Plus, i cant unlock it with redsnow since you need to have it jailbroken to unlock it. so right now i have no clue what to do.

OK i just bought a new iphone 3gs on the orange network. I read up on everything and the tethering chrges werent very clear, it states you have to pay extra even although i get unlimited data ussage?

Anyway it's supposed to be £5 a month extra for thethering, so i thought i would go into the shop and findout, The manager of the orange shop told me i could use tethering for free upto the 750mb fair ussage. so i got him to write that on the contract i signed. I have since crawled over there website and it states that tethering is only allowed with the £5 a month extra charge..

Any one had any problems with this? and where do u think i stand sinc it is stated on my contract usage of tethering included in data bundel for free?

Anyone using tethering on Orange UK?
