Hello, I have some comments showing in my rep and some more that aren't shown. Is it possible to view all of them? Also how do you tell which are negative and which are positive? Some of course are easy to tell but some are not.

I think they have it setup so that u can only see the most recent 5 rep points.

And like PBG4 said, Green is + Red is - and Gray is Neutral.

Actually, gray isn't "neutral."

After all, if you press the Reputation button, you'll only get either "approve" or "disapprove."

gray = "balance"

Before they turned the Rep system off a while back, you use to be able to see the last 10 reps. Any chance we can go back to that?

I wasn't kidding, I can't distinguish between red and green, its called color weakness. There are 3 cones and rods in they eye, one each for primary colors. I have only two. Its a fairly common thing.

Yes color blindness is fairly common in men.

Not sure about women lol, but I'm slightly red-green color blind. For me, it's hard to tell weather it's positive rep or negative, but if I squint at it for a few seconds, I can figure it out. That's no reason to go changing the colors though, even though I am irresistible.

I guess I wasn't here when rep was disabled, but the 10 most recent sounds nice.

if someone leaves their name, it's probably positive; if not, it's probably negative.
if there's no text at all, chances are it's negative.
otherwise, it's usually easy enough to tell fromt he comment (but not always).

oh, and if you really wanted to know, you can do image properties on the pip. green ones have an address: http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/mac_images/images/reputation/reputation_pos.gif

Please participate in our Member of the Month polls. Every vote counts! And remember to use the user reputation system!
