When I go to the Quick links drop down menu, it does not take me to where I want to go. Is there a setting I need to be aware of?

It might have something to do with the ads above and below not loading. The Mac-Forums site loads fine, but then I get an operation timed out error, when the ads fail to load in the site. I get this error: "The operation timed out when attempting to contact rotator.juggler.inetinteractive.com." But I can still get the "Quick Links" to work fine in Safari and Firefox.
