There is more to it than post count.

In a nutshell, posting a new thread in the B/S/T forum is a privilege that is reserved for active, participating members who are in good standing with the forum.

Also, don't attempt to start posting like crazy as some people do when they find that post count is one of the many requisites for posting in the B/S/T forums.

If posts are one sentence "fluff" posts or if they simply don't contribute in any meaningful way, they may be subject to deletion.

If it is suspected that a sudden posting frenzy ensues in an attempt to raise/pad your post count to gain access to the B/S/T forum, then they might even lead up to an infraction.
