Mods doing great at controlling spam!

Mods, you guys are doing great filtering out spam in the forums. In some other forums I belong to, it might take a few days for them to handle a spam/ problem poster situation. But not in MF! It makes me proud to be an MF member, as I'm sure others would agree.

Good job Mods!

I will say in return that you users who report posts REALLY help us Mods and Admins find all the spam and other nasties! So keep up the great work reporting posts and we will try our best!

I'm glad the mods here aren't really really strict. I'm on MacNN, and I recently got an infraction for having too many LOL posts. They are just too picky, so I'm leaving that crappy forum with horrible mods! Yes, I think there's good spam control here, good work mods!

Uhh, too many LOL posts is just plain annoying.

If you did that here, you might get suspended for a short time. People don't like to sort through loads of junk posts' to find a few good ones.

Well, posts here that just say LOL can get annoying over time, but we'll leave that to another thread.

I think what is good about the Mod's here are that they communicate well with each other, act quickly upon notifications from non-mod members about spam or other problems, and that there are a good amount of them.

I agree, the moderation team is very quick to respond to spam and other issues. Keep up the good work guys
