Can we get a new look here at MF?

Can we get a new look at MacForums?

The White + Red on White hurts my eyes.
Also the design is so 2003ish.

Could we get something with a grey background, better buttons, and possibly a new post layout?

I will try to make a mockup, and anybody reading is welcome to make one too.
