Thats a good question. I think that 2nd is a good idea
Multiple IM services (AIM, Bonjour, etc) in one contact list instead of separate

I know this is very unlikely but I would like to see that you can add MSN Clients because iCHat is better than MSN although all my frends have that and XP(rubbish beyonjd words)

i'd like to see tabbed chat windows, although i like the second idea of multiple im lists as well.

I would like to see the ability to voice chat with people on windows computer's. I know that you can video chat and get audio that way, but I would love to just be able to audio chat.
