Just curious..I see a lot of repeats in the nominees here..would be interesting to see some unknowns or is that not the intention of this MOTM?

Unknowns don't really fit the bill. The MOTM program is designed to reward those who contribute in a meaningful way and many of our candidates do so on a regular basis, month after month.

The standards to be nominated for Member of the Month are very high. If someone is an "unknown"...they most likely do not meet the standards.

Neither exclusively. The process in which nominees are selected is more holistic.
