I use PDFpenPro for $99.99. There is PDFpen for $59.99 and a free trial. I find it easy to use, they have video tutorials on their web site. Here is the link:

You can try PDF Nomad or PDFClerk Pro, both from SintraWorks. (PDF Nomad requires Lion or later, PDFClerk Pro requires Leopard or later.) They are free to try and have video tutorials on their website.
