Very Bad Seller - Psychopirate. He nailed me (ahem, Capitol One) for 750.00 then had the nads to come back to the site and try again before he was banned.

It is a dire shame that such lowlife exist, and feel the need to leech a living, and not earn it honestly... sorry *steal* a living!!.
I would say I told you so, but I been scammed before, albeit a cd-rom of my software, but all the same!. Hope he changes his ways, and sees how nasty he is.

The link gives away the guy's address and real name so check it out, if ever another new member comes in here to sell stuff, beware... It might be him.

Hey thanks a lot for that. I have contacted multiple authorities, but looks like I have been dealing with the wrong states. I will pass this information on now. Thanks a lot. And yes, please everyone, BEWARE of anyone claiming to be Michael Jay from Syracuse NY.
All internet crimes such as this are under the jurisdiction of the US Postal Service. They have Postal Inspectors that will investigate all claims. If you get scammed, make sure to let the person know (that scammed you), if you can, that you will be contacting the USPS and filing a fraud claim; which means that your scammer might face some jail time once caught.
I just recently did a trade with techound1, The transaction went very very smooth, all items were exactly as described. I would definitally do business with techound again!
He agreed to sell me his used 2x512MB RAM sticks for $60 as he was upgrading his machine to 2G. I sent him a postal money order for $60 in February. On that same day, he PMed me that the RAM he received from Crucial didn't work, and that he'd like to wait on our deal. I said no problem, let's simply cancel it. I told him to just return the money order which he promised to do. He never did it.
I wrote him a couple times to see if he was going to do it. A couple of days ago I gave him a final chance to pay me my money, or I'd post about it here. He never responded, so here's my post.

I was on the M-F honor roll for July 2007.
i'd like to add to techound1's rep here! Sold me a 256MB RAM chip for my G3 iMac. Paid for it, and shipped out the same day. Very friendly, and even double checked to make sure I was getting the right stuff!

Can't forget those G3 iMacs!
bought a macbook from this guy Josh Babbitt from this forum, he's the CEO of www.esawillhelp.com; so i thought he can be trust. claimed he bought this macbook just a month ago, no scratches, just like brand new.
when i received it, no receipt from him as he promised to send along, missing apple remote while he said never had one (but it has printing on the box stated w/ remote), scratches all over the case (like scratched by a cat), very dirty like he has muddy hands, he poured some liquid on the keyboard before.
total disappointed, i don't mind paying full retail price for the macbook but since he claimed he has receipt to prove it and i have his phone number, we talked about it, so i thought i can give it a try. this guy's reputation is negative and i do suggest don't buy anything from this kind of person.
