Question Feeler: Mac Mini w/ 2.16Ghz C2D Value?

I'm think of selling my home brew project and wanted some input on what the value might be... I added 2GB RAM, an Intel 2.16Ghz CPU and a Seagate 200GB 7200 rpm HDD.
Thanks in advance for the input.
Dave
