Believe it or not!!! This machine will run leopard 10.5.5 stable.
I have tested this through fire wire connection by using my G5 disk to boot this computer for test and yes it runs it stable. The drive is wiped no OS or disks. I can install leopard 10.5.5 but will only leave 10gb of space you will need external drive or second internal drive. And as well a little more ram as it is sluggish under the conditions of this operating system.
Overall every thing is great working order and great cosmetic appearance, any questions are welcome
