I'll play... Hummer in the backyard. Pentax K10D w DA55-300,ISO 1600. Noise Reduction with Real Image and tweaked the levels in Photoshop.

This was taken somewhere in the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks.
The weather was fantastic when we were there. And the parks were really great too. Wish I could go back.

Not taken in October strictly speaking, but I hope you'll indulge me since I haven't posted in a while

I took this on the HMS Belfast in London and then added a few filters with CameraBag (which is pretty useful! Shameless review plug: Review: CameraBag Desktop)
