    Best AV converter for Mac?
I've been looking for a analog to digital video solution. Most converters (software) I see aren't labeled as Mac compatible, so I'd like to know that I could use IMovie with the converter. Any suggestions?
    thanks.

I just bought the Formac TVR converter. Actually as we speak im editing old VHS tapes with it, in iMovie. Works seamlessly with it. It will do A/D and D/A, its also is a TV tuner so you can record and edit regular TV. It will take anything analog and make it digital, i also plan on coverting some records to CD. For the money its great.
