Need help...my 6 yr old was watching the apple tv in his room and he told me that some letters/words came up on the screen, then he unplugged the apple tv. So i came to check it out, now when i turn it on the light on the front just flashes and the apple is on the tv screen....What could be wrong with it and how can i fix it?

If you have a mini USB to regular hook it up to your computer in iTunes and do a restore it sounds like there was the newest update and it warns against powering down and when it was unplugged it corrupted.
