Why does a 750 MB ISO only take me about 10 minutes to download..the answer to both of our questions is the same thing..your Internet speed..

Mac Specs: iMac10,1, 3.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 10.8.2, 21.5" screen.

We have, on average, a 3-4 Mb/s download speed. It takes around 2-3 hours to download rented HD movies to our TV. So I’d be thankful.

Not sure why it should make a difference, you can start playing it at any point after the first couple of minutes ...
