Apple has updated the Backup program for .Mac members for 1.2.3. Nothings changed from 1.2.2 that was pulled about a week ago other than a fix for the installer problem. You can get it here.
Secondly, Apple introduced .Mac Bookmarks which makes yor Safari bookmarks available where ever you go. When you sync your bookmarks, they will now be available at all times through .Mac on any internet connected computer. More information here.
