I'm not quite sure why you would think that

Very cool technology... but definitely not.

If apple finally released the MacTablet Pro or whatever a mac tablet pc would be called then, yeah, of course they would use the multitouch interface. But I don't think they'd bother adding it to the MacBooks.

I say, "Unless it causes death, it's not a problem!".

I agree, it would make sense on a tablet, but not a regular notebook.

WOW... that Presentation is great. Its a really interesting technology I'd love to try it out first hand.

Kinda why I miss NYC. Jeff Han in that Video above mentioned that his lap is in NYU back in New York and I used to work with NYU and Cornell universities through my Job a lot, more in the Medical Field but I'd come to interact with some great folks like that.

Isn't Jobs' manipultations on the iPhone, using his thumb and forefinger, reminiscent of this, on a primitive level?

Edit: Ignore. I missed trpnmokey41's post pointed out again by MinaMACMan.

There is already a very early level of Multi Touch in all new Apple Notebooks. You know, two finger scrolling?

I think that they will incorprate some features of Multi Thouch into the trackpads.

Mac Pro (Early 2009) 8 Core 2.26 GHz, 6 GB Ram, 640 GB Drive. Dell 2408WFP.

Apple just seemed way too proud of it to keep it just on the iPhone. I'd be real surprised if it wasnt on the new macbook pros.
