I was expecting them to announce it at MacWorld especially since they used one of their songs in the iPhone demonstration

I don't understand what the big deal with the Beetles is...why don't you just buy the CDs and import them into iTunes? A quick look at Amazon showed me that most of their albums are only a dollar or two more than Apple's usually $9.99-per-album asking price.

My predication is that they will announce that Apple Inc. has acquired (bought) Apple Corps for an undisclosed sum. This will also tie Apple Inc. to EMI and allow for a more robust iTunes catalogue as Apple Inc. will now (somehow) have a controlling stake in EMI.

Hey, I can conjecture just like everyone else....

Do we know its definitely related to The Beatles or their label in some way?

"Conjecture"... with Vista released on a larger scale by then - why not announce the new Apple OS at that very expensive advertising slot?
