Apple Corps hits sour note

A British court has ruled in favor of Apple Computer in the trademark case brought by Apple Corps. The court ruled that the use of the Apple Computer logo was related to the website itself and not to the music for sale. He even awarded court costs to Apple Computer; at: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/4983796.stm.

Of course Apple Corps will be appealing but frankly, looks like Apple is home and dry.
