dislike the fact that there is the click wheel. That is very ipod, and it would not be useful..

Well, I figured the device would double as video iPod as well as work as a PDA, so there should be some controls to, well, control the music and video playback. And of course it "is very ipod", that was what I started with. Feel free to improve upon

Specs? 1 to 4 GB flash memory, 128 MB ROM, 624 Mhz XScale CPU, bluetooth, 802.11g, USB2 or FireWire.

My thoughts...
It needs to have a flip open front cover or slider that on the backside has a QWERTY thumb board for web browsing/email/SMS like the T-Mobile MDA. The LCD would have an option for horizontal/verticle screen layouts for when the keyboard is or is not in use.

Which goes into my next feature of built in iPhone, and than you have a Treo killer.

Lose the clickwheel and put in place a volumn scroll wheel on the side of the unit, with shortcut buttons below the LCD.
