If Apple makes a smart watch, what on earth could it really be capable of? Besides the obvious, such as time, alarms, timers and stopwatches - are we looking at music? Photo displays? iPhone connectivity?

    Specs:
    2008 15" MBP Yosemite, 2012 21.5" iMac Yosemite
    Apps too.

Like (almost) all gadgets, smart watches will (probably) have a target group. I have no need for such a device as long as I have my iPhone.
    64GB iPhone 6, 64GB iPad Air 2.

I would absolutely LOVE it if Apple releases something that can give some fitness related vitals. I thought I would like the Nike Fuel, but I wasn't that impressed with it.

I'm old, I always wear a watch, and I never use my phone for one. Having connectivity from my watch to my phone, enabling me to leave the phone in my pocket for a lot of things would be interesting. Then again I love watches for 'man jewelry" too . Don't know a smart watch fits into that mold.

    But I'm sure I'll give one a try ....
