Yes, good idea.

I'm going to post this, but who knows. It's from Kevin Rose. I hate to post rumors, but he was right last time about the Mac mini, before was announced, so I'm hoping he's correct this time also.

Dang, I just came here to post that! Foiled by two minutes!

I'm waiting for the announcements to buy some laptops for work. Right now the leading contenders are the new Core Duo Laptops from Gateway, but I'd like to see what Apple pulls out of their hat...

Me too. I want to buy a laptop. If a 12" or 13" Intel iBook is announced today, I plan on getting one and setting it up with Windows and Linux.

Exactly what I'm waiting for, but it'll need to have a decent graphics card too. We have to be able to run windows and need to run CAD programs...I couldn't justify something with underpower graphics, and the Boss is lost with OSX when he tries to use his daughters iBook, so the choices are limited. I guess we'll see what they have in a few more minutes.

You know we've got 135 retail stores now, and these are just the best place to buy not only a Mac and an iPod but any product in the world.

And I am really pleased to announce that last quarter, we had 26 million visitors during the holiday season to our stores.

sf: I mean just think about it, that's more than any state in the union other than California.
mwsf: What was also amazing was that our retail stores had their first Billion dollar quarter.
mwsf: Over a billion dollars of revenue.

Retail stores had their first $1 billion quarter this past quarter

Going to do something we've never done before at Macworld.
mwsf: It was a record for Apple, last quarter we sold 5.7 Billion dollars.
