They usually come out in January but there haven't been any rumors of it so far. It usually takes a month or so before it ships with all systems

If you purchase a computer within 2-3 weeks of the release of iLife 06' they will send you iLife 06' for free, otherwise it is I think a $120 to upgrade

iLife is only about $50 for the upgrade I'm pretty certain. $120 is for the OS. Of course if you get an educational discount I think iLife only costs about $20 to upgrade, but I can't remember too well...that was 12 months ago

My iBook came with iLife '04 installed when I bought it in January of 2005. It was shipped to me around the same time iLife '05 was introduced, so Apple included a coupon for an upgrade to iLife '05 for $19.95.

Otherwise you need to purchase the full version, which usually costs 99.99, even if you bought yours at say, Christmas.

Yea iLife 05 is $79 everywhere....so i doubt 06 would be any more then that, 05 might go down in price....but never know...is there anything new that needs to be upgraded from 05 to 06? never used 05 so i dont know if there are any bugs or anything with it.
