Apple accused of faking evidence in EU iPad case against Samsung

Instead of suing people Apple should just be confident in their image and accept that there will be competitors. Really irritates me that they decided to sue.

the galaxy tab is widescreen, and runs android. just because its black and it has a shiny back doesnt make it copying.

And to be honest, out of the two of them I'd pick the iPad anyway.
